discovering patterns

To work our way towards a shared language once again, we must first learn how to discover patterns which are deep, and capable of generating life. Christopher Alexander

It's all black and white

Namaste.  The first post's theme is black and white.  The photos were taken with at least four cameras from 2001-2015.  Most of the images were originally black and white.  Those with a few whispers of color here and there were converted in photoshop.

The name of this blog is Samjhana Mero Atma, which in Nepalese means Remember my soul, or spirit.

I hope you'll enjoy the images here on this first posting of the new blog.  In the next four months or so the plan is to categorize the thousands of images I have and select the best ones and put them into a thematic 'rememory' of all I have been fortunate to witness.

Themes, I have to admit, are the hardest thing to do with so many images.  Should I do it by country, most of my images are from my travels, or should I do it the conventional way;  people, nature and so forth, we shall see.

I am not by any means good at keeping things in any reasonable order, so this may take time. Meanwhile, enjoy.
